Methodology


Our selection process is methodic, unambiguous and transparent.

First of all, we collect as much information as we can on the project and the client. Our objective is to give you an overview of the project environment, the technical skills that will be used and the role you’ll have.

We write a clear job description and we are always glad to further discuss the requirements with you. We generally post the job description on both local and European job sites. We contact people from our database and actively look for new candidates on the market.

In a second stage, we screen the CVs according to skills, working areas, years of experience, languages, location, availability, …

When we have shortlisted our candidates, we conduct a telephone interview. We check your understanding of the vacancy and bring additional information, if necessary. We appraise your technical skills and the personal interests.

Time to time, in order to maximise your chances of success, we ask you to highlight relevant experience in your CV before submission.

We will keep you informed about the progress of your application, giving the feedback of the client.

If positive, we plan a phone or face to face interview with the client and deal with all the paperwork. In addition, we provide you with legal, financial and logistical advice.

Candidates who have not been shortlisted are informed within a short period of time.

We offer all candidates the possibility to belong to our database and to be notified about future opportunities.
